help with packages and files

Hi, I've just started working with Python and I'm not quite grasping a few things; can anyone help me?
I have a Notion page listing what I need to learn about Python, but I don't understand how files and packages work. Could someone help me out or point me to a tutorial?
this is a important stuff to studie or not?
