Help for a project py

Hi there. I’m currently working on a project that involves a Python program looping a video until it reaches a total duration of 62 seconds. Let's say I have a 15-second video of rain; the program needs to loop it to fill that 62-second span. The issue lies with the transition: it isn't smooth enough. Basically, I want the transition to be virtually imperceptible to the naked eye. Every time I’ve tried, the best result I could get was a standard fade effect that is clearly noticeable. Essentially, I’m aiming for something similar to those 8-hour "white noise" videos—but using a 15-second clip to reach 62 seconds (not 8 hours, haha)—and I want the program to handle this automatically once I simply place the video file in a folder and run the script.
