Free python courses

Hi everyone,
I’m trying to start with programming and I’d like to learn Python. I’m looking for free courses to get started.
I came across this website: https://pythoninstitute.org/ but I’m not sure if it’s worth it. They do have a certified exam after the course but you have to pay for it. Has anyone here taken any of their courses? What are your impressions and experiences?
